Delicious food is important, but there are many factors that make a restaurant great. Most of all, I want to dine at a restaurant where the owner is passionate about his food and enjoys what he is doing. We will be checking the food, the service, the ambiance, the sanitation and the even the restaurant's restroom. The reviews we provide will be include text as well as photos of the food and the premises. Where as most diners leave the restaurant and go about their regular routine, we will head straight for the office to download the pictures we took and to write a review while our dining experience is fresh in our mind.
